Data deletion instructions

You can delete your personal data from Clipperteams at any time. We process all valid deletion requests within 30 days, in line with Art. 18 LGPD and the GDPR. After deletion, the only data we keep is what we are legally required to retain (e.g., billing records for tax purposes — see our Privacy Policy for details).

The fastest way to delete your data is to use the in-app deletion flow.

• Sign in to Clipperteams
• Open Settings → Account
• Click "Delete account"
• Confirm by entering your password and clicking the deletion link sent to your email
• We anonymize or delete your personal data within 30 days and email you a confirmation when complete

If you cannot access your account or prefer email, send a request to [email protected].

• Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• From the email address registered on your Clipperteams account (or include another way to verify ownership of the account)
• Optional — describe specific data you want deleted (account, billing history, support tickets, etc.) if you do not want a full deletion

We acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If the request is denied (for example, when we are required to retain the data by law), we explain the reason in writing.

When we process a full account deletion, we remove or anonymize the following data:

• Your profile (name, email, avatar, language preferences)
• Identifiers of the connected social accounts in Clipperteams and, via the Post for Me API, the access and refresh tokens held by our integration provider (revoked with the platform and removed from Post for Me)
• All videos, thumbnails, captions, and team comments you uploaded
• Notifications, audit logs, and team membership records
• Any analytics data tied to your user identifier

What we retain (and why)

• Billing records — 5 years, by Brazilian tax law (Decree 7.212/2010)
• Anonymized aggregate metrics — used for service quality measurement; cannot be linked back to you
• Encrypted backups — automatically expired within 30 days of deletion

Deleting your Clipperteams account triggers Post for Me (our integration provider) to revoke the OAuth tokens held there with the platform, but you can also revoke our access directly on each platform for extra assurance. This is independent of Clipperteams deletion.
